1. General Terms
Our cancellation policy applies to all bookings with Resort Yxenhaga AB. However, if you have booked through a third party such as Expedia, booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, etc., the cancellation must be made and accepted through the same platform. Please note that this depends on the price and terms you agreed to at the time of booking, as some prices do not allow for cancellation.
2. Cancellation with Full Refund
We have a 14-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made 14 days before the arrival date are entitled to a full refund. You can either cancel through the function on our website or send us an email at: [email protected]. Please note that all cancellations must be made in writing, and you need a confirmation as proof for it to be accepted.
3. Cancellation without Refund
Cancellations made later, within 14 days of arrival, cannot be canceled and unfortunately will not be refunded.
4. Changes to Booking
Changes to bookings are allowed, subject to availability. If you wish to change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
Any changes may incur additional costs, depending on the extent of the change and the availability of the desired option.
5. No Show or Early Check-out
If you do not arrive at the agreed check-in time (no-show) or if you check out earlier than the planned check-out date, no refund will be made for the unused nights.
